We recommend a mix of the following:
Light to moderate cardiovascular exercise such as walking, swimming, or cycling
Resistance training to maintain strength and muscle size
Stretching and mobilisation for keeping muscles and joints supple and comfortable
Balance exercises to help keep you safe and mobile
Start off gently and cautiously. Everything should be done at your level, and should suit your health profile, adding in manageable challenge when you're able to.
