I’ve been helping clients improve themselves through exercise and nutrition since 2010.
Following a motorcycle accident, I experienced my own physical rehabilitation challenges with serious injuries. It was during that rehabilitation process that I discovered how powerful it is to have a personal trainer working alongside you to achieve your goals. That experience is one of the reasons I became a personal trainer.

In early 2019, I undertook my own weight-loss experiment, losing 16kg and exploring different approaches. This gives me a practical understanding of the challenges people face — noting, of course, that everyone’s journey is different.
Having answered calls at a crisis helpline for a number of years, you can be assured of an environment where you will feel listened to, safe, cared for, and not judged.
Based in Maungaraki, Lower Hutt, for more than 30 years, I support clients in achieving their goals in their home, office, outdoors, or in my private studio.
