Pella Area Quilt Guild
Welcome Quilting Friends!
The Pella Area Quilters Guild, Inc. is a friendly, talented non-profit organization of interested quilters in Pella and the surrounding communities who have been sharing quilts, talent, friendship and knowledge since 1985. Our purpose is to promote the appreciation of the heritage and art of quilts by educating our members through instruction and mutual support. There are monthly meetings, most of them with announcements, special speakers, show & tell, and refreshments. We have an annual quilt show, which is a feature of Pella’s Tulip Time Festival. There are two retreats per year, charity sew days, annual president's quilt challenge, and emphasize throughout the year making quilts to give to charitable causes. There's also a library that holds an assortment of books, rulers and other materials for our members. If you are interested in quilting, please join us!

Message from our President Aleta
My theme this year “Been There, Done That, Try It” will draw upon the best we have a guild. Each month there will be a different technique featured rather than a specific block of the month. These are listed in the program. I would like people that have skills in that technique bring an example to show to the guild. These can be new or old and are separate from the normal “show and tell” part of the meeting.
