Are you interested in being a Delegate at Convention?It's the highest deliberative body in PEF and any member can be a delegate! You DO NOT have to be a Steward or other office holder.Well, guess what....The 2016 Convention Delegate petitions are out!You can download the form from the PEF website or below. You must get a minimum of 5 other members to sign and the form must be in hand at PEF headquarters by April 1st. All the rules are printed on the backside of the nomination petition or the delegate information below.
This year Convention will be held in Rochester. You don't have to drive. PEF provides transportation if you don't want to use your car. You do want to drive? You can do that as well and be reimbursed for your travel (only 1/2 of the Federal rate if you travel by yourself. If you carpool, you get the full amount).
Convention is a great way to actively participate in the running of the Union while meeting new friends. Now go get those signatures.
