Paul Bouchier's Home Page

Welcome to Paul Bouchier's Home Page. Here you will find a variety of my work, both personal and professional. There are groups of pages dedicated to robots and to major projects. The navigation menu on the left of this page provides for navigation between pages.

Personal Projects

Non-robot engineering projects are described in the following linked pages.

A DIY-built LFP battery bank for Paul Bouchier's RV. Project page here, or click the image.

The flow limiter system limits daily outflow from a rain-filled water tank. It uses an Internet of Things (IoT) device to monitor water flow and limit it to the daily max, and to connect to the cloud and report flow data to the cloud. The cloud sends email alerts when anomalies are detected. Project page here, or click an image.

The Starlink System provides battery operation for the Starlink antenna, and the ability to locate the antenna and battery remotely, with a wifi backhaul link to the RV. Project page here or click on the image.

The URC is an implementation of Jon Hylands' URC work, documented here: https://github.com/JonHylands/micropython-stuff

Robots and Robotics Work

Robots I've worked on, and robotics projects are described in the following sections.

My work in industry on autonomous vehicles and ROS - see here, or click the image.

A work-in-progress, attempting to build a high-accuracy autonomous lawn-mowing robot. Project page here, or click the image.

The personal robot projects I've worked on over the years - see here, or click the image.
