Standard Operating Procedures.

We are going for standardization for our common procedures.

SOP's can provide employees with a reference to common business practices, activities, or tasks. New employees use an SOP to answer questions without having to interrupt supervisors to ask how an operation is performed. The international quality standard ISO 9001 essentially requires the determination of processes (documented as standard operating procedures) used in any manufacturing or business process that could affect the quality of the product or service. Employee Self Service (ESS) - Expenses Claim

Effective December 2015, we are rolling out the above function. Here's how it works:

1. Login to SMG ESS, select Expenses Claim

2. Input your Expenses Claim records. When done, print the Expenses Claim Form, attached the supporting receipts and invoices and sent the documents to your immediate superior for verification and approval. Verification and Approval will also be done online. It this way, you will be able to monitor the claim status and the lead time in claim processing.
