The landlords company, Highdorn Company Limited, manages the Park West building.
The Park West building is owned by Freshwater and is managed and insured by itself through its subsidiary companies, Highdorn Company Ltd and Kidlington Properties Ltd.
We are a Residents Association run by voluntary leaseholders brought together to push for better standards of site management, better residential amenities for long-term residency at the building and to deliver better value for money for leaseholders.
The immediate landlord for the Park West building is now Coinface Limited, a subsidiary company owned by the superior landlord Daejan Investments Limited
Highdorn Company Limited is the Freshwater group managing agent company appointed by the superior landlord to manage the Park West building.
Kidlington Properties Limited is the Freshwater group insurance company that places the insurance policies for the Park West building, is appointed by the superior landlord and is also part of the Freshwater Group of Companies.
Freshwater Property Management is a trading name of Freshwater Property Management Limited within the Freshwater Group.
A crucial directive of the PWRA is to improve communications and transparency between the residents, leaseholders and the superior landlord with its subsidiary companies to deliver a process of continual improvement in the long-term residency amenity of Park West and avoid disagreements with costly and very damaging legal disputes. We are a group of committed volunteers who continually put in significant effort to deliver on these directives.
The PWRA is Not-For-Profit and have a strict non-profiteering mandate for all our officers.
