If you have an unstable TF = 1/(s-2) and then you use the Final Value Theorem to calculate the steady state value you get
Lim( s -> 0) [ s * 1/(s-2) ] = 0 !!
But the TF is unstable.
How~! Because, the Final Value Theorem is applicable only if 's * F(s)' has LHP poles.
