01.) Paper Prep

You can download the printable template for PaperSynth v2 here.

Using spray mount, mount the template to craft board or card stock.  Be sure you spray in a well-ventilated area!

Next, trim with scissors or Xacto knife.

Use a narrow blunt object to score the fold lines - this will make it much easier to fold precisely later on.  I used a paperclip.

This design is meant to accommodate two 3v coin cell batteries, which will be held in place with a blinder clip.

The paper part of your PaperSynth is complete - now it is time to move on to creating the copper foil traces!
