Latest News: As of the June 2024 bulletin you can only issue mileage exemption based on the mileage recorded on the old PA Safety Inspection Certificate or from the PA Vehicle Inspection Database. You can no longer use other documentation or records from the inspection station files to determine previous mileage information. This change is shared in EB24-01.
