Pack 66 Places 3rd In Popcorn Sales
Matinecock District 2014
Congratulations to Pack 66 for coming in 3rd place in our district, and 5th place in Suffolk County, selling $16,405 in last year's popcorn fundraiser!!!
It's time for 2015's popcorn event and the more we sell, the more that goes to support our Scouts and our Pack programs. This is the only fundraiser Pack 66 hosts this year so let's make it a huge success for all of us with amazing eye-popping prizes! Something for everyone!

Top 2 Dens - Elwood Movie & Pizza Party (includes movie admission, pizza, popcorn, soda & water)
NOTE: each winning den is based on the average sales per scout. Example, a den of 10 cub scouts sells $1000, the per scout sales would be ($1000/10) for an average of $100. Another den of 6 cub scouts sells $800, the per scout sales would be ($800/6) for an average of $133. The den selling $800 would win.
Raffle PrizeAny scout selling $600 (take orders, online and SNS) is automatically entered into the Pack raffle for a chance to a youth BMX bike.
BSA Prizes
Any scout selling $600 (take orders, online & SNS) automatically earns a Zing Firetek Rocket, in addition to the prizes shown on the BSA prize sheet.
Top Seller's Party
The Top 100 selling scouts in the Suffolk County will receive a personal invitation from Trail’s End to a “Spin ’N’ Win” pizza party. There will be LOTS of prizes awarded at this fun-filled event to be held in February 2016.

The following represents the desired goals
for each Sub Scout rank:
Webelos 1 & II – (i) $150 in personal sales Plus (1) Show ‘N Sell shift, (ii) $75 in personal sales Plus (2) Show ‘N Sell shift, or (iii) No personal sales required with (3) Show ‘N Sell shifts
Bear - (i) $150 in personal sales Plus (1) Show ‘N Sell shift, (ii) $75 in personal sales Plus (2) Show ‘N Sell shift, or (iii) No personal sales required with (3) Show ‘N Sell shifts
Wolf – (i) $150 in personal sales Plus (1) Show ‘N Sell shift, (ii) $75 in personal sales Plus (2) Show ‘N Sell shift, or (iii) No personal sales required with (3) Show ‘N Sell shifts
Tiger – (i) $75 in personal sales with Show ‘N Sell shifts required OR (ii) No personal sales with (2) Show ‘N Sell shifts
Here’s some helpful hints on how to have
a great event!
Show N Sell (SNS) Set-up & Breakdown
The 1st SNS for each day must secure the popcorn from the Popcorn Kernel the evening before their shift or the morning of their shift (30 minutes prior minimum). PLEASE have an SUV or similar size vehicle to accommodate the popcorn, table, & chairs.
The LAST shift needs to bring the SNS set-up to the Popcorn Kernel.

Take Orders
Door-to-Door sales - adult must accompany the cub for safety
Parent may sign out Square credit card reader for one day during the week
(not weekends due to show & Sells) .
Collect money at the time of the sale
Take order forms & money must be dropped off to Laurel Addis by October 23rd
BSA prize selections due by October 23rd
Popcorn & Prizes will be given out to parents at the November 18th Pack night
Online Sales
Online sales orders are helpful when selling to out-of-state family and friends. To set-up your scouts online account, click sell.trails-end.com (a detailed email will be sent with step-by-step instructions)

Signing up for Show and Sells
This year we will be managing our Show and Sell participation using SignUpGenius (www.signupgenius.com). Invitations will be sent out by email in advance of the scheduled Show and Sell.
Scouts should participate in as many Show and Sells as possible
