Welcome to The Pack 66 Family, I hope you are enjoying Scouting so far. I expect all the new boys to be practicing the Bobcat Requirements at home. Please ask your Den Leaders or myself if you ever have any questions and are unsure of anything at all, we are here to help. This website has an incredible amount of information so please spend some time browsing the website, most questions can be answered right here.

We also have our Popcorn Fundraising Show N Sells this weekend. We are are doing an amazing job as a Team, we were also recognized & mentioned in the Trails End Newsletter for our outstanding Start!

The Adventure Park is this Friday the 17th, 5:15pm. Please make sure you complete & print out the online waiver form and remember to bring it with you that night. Class B Uniform (Pack 66 T-Shirt) wear over a long sleeved shirt. If you don't have your Class B Uniform Shirt yet please let me know what size and we will get you one asap, they are $10 each. They will be available Friday night.

The following day after the Adventure Park we need as many scouts as possible to participate in the Walt Whitman High School Homecoming Parade, 11:00am. Class A Uniform.

Our next Pack Night is Wednesday October 29th at 7:15pm.

Community Service Contributions needed for the following items to be brought to Pack Night.

1) Gently Used Childrens Books (to help support our High School Students book drive)

2) Canned Food Items (preparing for our Thanksgiving food drive)

Webelos Woods is around the corner and we will need all Webelos Scouts to have their BSA Medical Forms Prepared in order to participate in this adventurous weekend. Parents please understand that this is the best time for your son to explore the Troops that your son may want to join after "Bridging Over" to Boy Scouts. With that being said, please try and talk to your son about this ahead of time and have him prepared to ask some good questions that will help him with this process.

Our next event after the Adventure Park is The Shoreham BMX Scout Day (Beginner Clinic), Saturday November 1st, 9:00am-12:00am. This is a FREE event! Please make an effort to let your son participate. The BMX Track is staffed by volunteers and this is a new adventure your son can try. Take advantage of this opportunity to let your son try something new and exciting.

That's all for now...see you soon!
