Each year Pack 27 Celebrates Scouting's Anniversary Week in March with a "birthday party" called the blue and gold banquet.
This year was a little different. In March, the School, Pack and Troop 27, not to mention the WORLD went on lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Events came to an abrupt end - just before our scheduled Pinewood Derby. We all hunkered down at home and tried to make it all work - remotely. We made the decision that Zoom classes and remote learning were more than enough for the Cubs so we did not hold Cub meetings via Zoom.
We had to cancel the remainder of the Scout year programs and as we approach the new school year, there will be plenty of changes and new protocols we must follow in order to stay safe and defeat COVID!
We will be holding our Scouting Court of Honor on Sunday, 10/18.2020 from 3:00-4:30pm in Community Hall of St. Catharine's Church.

We hope to resume a 'normal' Blue & Gold dinner in the Spring of 2021, but time will tell if we can pull that off. It is our opportunity to present the Cub & Boy Scouts with awards they have earned to date for rank advancement.
Payment can be made ONLINE below with your Debit or Credit Card
Pinewood Derby, Fitness Awards, Service Awards and Rank advancements and bridging for Webelos will be presented on this evening. Boy Scout achievements and Merit badges earned to date will also be awarded. Entertainment will be provided via various skits the boys will put on for the families. It is one of highlight events of the year, and brings families together for an evening of fun and cheer. The event features a catered meal inclusive of dinner, soft drinks/coffee, and dessert. The Pack pays for the cost of all scouts to attend, however we ask all adults/parents to pay $20 per adult, and $10 for each sibling 5 and over - children under 5 are free of charge.
