Law #7: Transition from Macro to Micro level

Evolution of the « tool » element within a given system, begins on the macro level and tends toward the micro-level.

This evolution is brought about by the advantages of using properties of dispersed materials and particles of physical fields.

The evolution is always from macro-level to micro-level.

This law makes the object jumping from its S-curve to the next S-curve by technological jump.
