Founder of this site, I am the technical director of a French SME. 48 years old, I discover TRIZ and OTSM-TRIZ a few years ago. I decide to go deeper in this huge domain, and go to INSA Strasbourg to obtain the Advanced Master in Innovative Design. Some of my teachers were Nikolaï Khomenko and Denis Cavallucci,
I am of course interrested in OTSM-TRIZ for mechanical purposes, but also for teaching purposes. For these teaching issues, I work with Severine Baudrux, a Belgium teacher. In this way, I realize this site for people that don't take enough time to learn OTSM-TRIZ. It is not a "reference" site, just another approach to teach TRIZ. It is necessary to spend time on OTSM-TRIZ, and this site, I hope, can put some icons in mind, in order to facilitate TRIZ teaching, by both using OTSM-TRIZ and Mind maps.
Initially teacher by training, I am currently trainer. During my work I am asked myself about teaching methods, identifying their limits. My questioning led me to experiment new approaches less conventional, and to measure their contributions. In parallel I was interested in what was practiced in other fields, that of the industry. I so identified ,thanks to Yves Guillou, a number of good practices which I transposed into my teaching domain.
