MRFHA Board

President. Third term expires 6/30/2026

Ted started on the MRFHA board in July 2018 and was elected president in 2020. His cabin on Tract O Lot 11 has been in the family since 1939 when his grandfather was issued the first permit for the lot and shortly after built the original cabin. The cabin is now enjoyed by the 5th generation of family.

Vice President. Third term expires 6/30/ 2025

Barb started on the MRFHA Board in 2016, and currently serves as the VP.  She also served prior to this as Treasurer for the Oregon Forest Homeowners Association. Barb and her family have enjoyed cabin life on the Metolius River since 1988, first in Tract C 35, and as their family grew, they sold 35 and bought cabin 42 down the Tract C Road. Currently they have three generations building memories with friends and family, hiking, fishing, and enjoying life on the Metolius.

Secretary. Second term expires 6/30/26

Meggins retired from a 36 year career in financial services in 2019. In addition to serving as the Board Secretary of MRFHA she serves on the Board of Directors of the Freshwater Trust and the Patrons Advisory Council at Literary Arts in Portland. Meggins enjoys spending all of the time that she can with family and friends at their cabin on Tract E, hiking, painting and reading.
