Carrum Rail Bridge & single lane road, ca 1911. Main Road Carrum. Originally the road between Frankston & Carrum was know as the 'Fish Track' later named 'Port Nepean Road' by 1947 it was officially named the 'Nepean Highway'.2.p47

Was built in 1900 by Hugh Rigby. Alf Priestly bought and extended it. [1.p40] In 1920 it burnt to the ground. [2.p32]
- Carrum Station
The railway line between Mordialloc and Frankston was opened in 1882. [2.p32]
