C.E.O. Women believe that immigrant and refugee women are empowered, respected and confident. They will be financially stable and sustainable and have access to resources. This is the end result of what we want to see.
Preconditions:
Conditions that are not actually in place, do not exist or there is not enough of in order for your vision to be realized.
Immigrant women want to be empowered and respected.
Women are prepared to become entrepreneurs in society.
Women’s perceived role in their household has to change.
Society has to change their attitudes/prejudices towards immigrant women.

Immigrant and refugee women need services to become entrepreneurs.
By giving them tools, skills, etc. in order to start their business, women will feel empowered.
If women are successful in their business, they will be confident, respected and viewed differently.
Financial stability leads to increase in confidence level.
If women increase their English language skills, this will increases their economic opportunities.
Immigrant women and refugee women have the most potential to become entrepreneurs and are the most in need.
Immigrant women and refugee women want to change the way they are perceived and how they perceive themselves.
