Program effectiveness: C.E.O. Women has a track record of monitoring and evaluating their programs. A high percentage of C.E.O. Women's clients report giving back to their communities after participating in the programs.
Strategic alignment: C.E.O. Women understands its strengths, value proposition, and its target population. The organization also has a system of having graduates of the program promote its services, continuing sustainable impact and empowerment.
Legitimacy and relevance: C.E.O. Women continues to attract new clients from its target population.
Cost management: C.E.O. Women's staff includes volunteers and AmeriCorps fellows
Strategic alliances with partner organizations: C.E.O. Women partners with other microenterprise and microfinance organizations to support their programs.
These indicators help identify C.E.O. Women's capacity to be a sustainable organization.
