What is NG Analyzer?
It's an utility software included in FZ-PanDA to execute FZ-PanDA program to a group of images and
calculate program efficiency
point which tool(s) fail(s)
adjust a tool and check how the change affect the overall efficiency
look at all results to quickly set the best threshold values
evaluate if the program will be stable by reading the gap between threshold and all responses values
What are majors steps?
Sort good product images in a folder named " OK " and bad product images in a " NG " folder
Select the target root folder in "target" section
Click the "Execute batch measurement" button
Read Measurement data
Camera image can be seen and moved in folders
Scroll and select image
Click "OK folder" or "NG folder" to move image in appropriate location
Adjust programming tool on specified image
Click to select the tool in the flow list
Select the image to adjust the tool on
Click "Setup(Select image)" button to open tool setup window
Change tool settings then click "OK" to get back to NG Analyzer
Click on "Execute batch measurement" button to update measurement data results
How to set best Threshold and evaluate program stability
NG Analyzer allow
Select a tool in the flow
Click "Details of unit" button to see tool variable list
Select output result variable you wish to evaluate
Click "Details of data" button to display results graph
Line is actual threshold value
Dots are results of all images
