Altar Server Scheduling Website Registration Process

1. Please go to the following website and complete the registration form for each individual server:

    • IMPORTANT: If you have more than one child serving, you must complete this online registration for each child and their User ID MUST be unique!

    • Keep the User ID simple, for example, John A. Doe may be “johndoe” or “doejohn” or “johnadoe”

    • Keep the format of the User ID consistent throughout the family.

2. After completing the registration form, click the "Register" button at the bottom. An email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form from “Parish Administrator<olmc1org@ministerscheduling.com>”.

3. When you receive the confirmation email, follow the directions and click on the link. You should receive a message on the screen indicating that you are now registered.

4. Within a day you will receive another email from Parish Administrator indicating that your registration has been accepted. Contact me if you do not receive this message within a few days of registering.

5. Forward the "Acceptance Notice" email (it will say "Acceptance Notice" in the subject) to olmcservers@olmc1.org I will add your child to the server roster and notify you when it is complete.

REMEMBER, your child will not be scheduled to serve if you do not complete these steps.
