Altar Server schedules are generated electronically on a quarterly basis. The schedules are generated based on the profile settings for each server. Therefore, it is important to ensure all information and preferences are kept up to date.
All changes must be in the system prior to the cutoff dates listed below to be included in the quarterly schedule.
November 15th for Q1 (Jan.-Mar.)
February 15th for Q2 (Apr.-June)
May 15th for Q3 (June-Sept.)
August 15th for Q4 (Oct.-Dec.)
All personal information and serving preferences must be kept up to date on the scheduling website. Each family is responsible for keeping their contact information

Mass Options:
5:30 p.m. Saturday
7:00 a.m. Sunday
8:00 a.m. Sunday
9:30 a.m. Sunday
Linked Schedules:
Servers may link schedules with any other liturgical minister (servers, EMHCs and Readers). Linking is only possible if each minister's preferences match.
Personal Calendar:
The calendar tool located on the profile page displays upcoming assignments and allows the user to block dates from possibly being scheduled.
Once the schedule has been generated you'll be notified by mail. A post-card will be sent to each Altar Server with her/his scheduled masses for the upcoming quarter.
Servers are responsible for their assignments. Servers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their assigned Mass time to prepare for Mass.
If necessary, a substitution may be requested though the scheduling website.
