Here we describe the test that we did to get bacteria in cutlure with a high-throughput method embedded in an anaerobic chamber

The high number of colonies picked requires automatisation. We chose hudson's single pin picker and we installed it in an anaerobic chamber as pictured below.

The V4V5 regions of the 16S genes sequenced from the pooled colonies are available on https://drive.google.com/file/d/1je-oKvhJU3-U3uWi9VTs4YID5_866NL3/view (FASTA format).
