Vandermark:
Create knuckle with tube, then ligation knuckle with plain gut suture. Next, place stats on each side of knuckle, between the tie and the babcock, then tie of the proximal and distal side of tube individually with chromic gut suture. Then remove portion of tube.
Lawrence:
Salpingectomy during cesarean: Start at isthmic portion, and place Kelly clamp across tube, then place stat slightly parallel. Cut between clamps, then place Heaney stitch to create pedicle. Continue to doubly clamp, cut, then stitch until tube is removed. If a portion of mesosalpingx is avascular, then bovie through that section.

Create a knuckle and bovie a window in the mesosalpingx. Loop plain gut suture around one side, then in a figure 8 fashion loop it around the other side and tie off the tube. Place a second plain gut suture below the first around the entire knuckle.
