Routine Screening in Otherwise Healthy Women:

Colonoscopy - Every 10 years starting at age 50 (discontinue at age 75 years)
Mammogram - Annually at 40 years (may discontinue at 75 years)
DEXA - Start at age 65 years, typically no more frequent than every 2 years.
- Consider: 5-year interval for a T score from -1.5 to -1.99. Annual screening for a T score between -2.0 to -2.49
STIs - Annual gonorrhea/chlamydia in sexually women 25 years and younger.
Diabetes - Annually at 45 years.
Lipid Profile - Every 5 years at 45 years.
Routine Exams:
- Clinical breast exams every 1-3 years starting at 25 years, annually starting at age 40 years.
- Pelvic exams starting at 21 years ("periodic").
- Consider discontinuing at age 65 years unless otherwise indicated.

Supplements:
Calcium - 1500mg elemental Ca/day (postmenopausal), 1200mg/day (premenopausal)
Vitamin D - 600IU/day (up to age 70), 800IU/day (>70 yo)
Prenatal Vitamin (with 400mcg folic acid) - Any woman attempting pregnancy and in pregnancy.
