NOTES ON FILLING OUT THIS FORM:

• • Text boxes can hold more text than you can see in the box – just keep typing if you need to.

  • If you need to change your application later, you can go back and re-edit your IF you save the link that they give you when you first submit your application... Otherwise you will need to fill out an entirely new form including a note in the last text box to REPLACE your previous entry, which we will do manually.

  • Please submit one form per person (kids as well as adults)

• NOTE: Recommended: You might want to type your longer answers into a text document and then copy/paste them into the form just in case you have to do it twice...

Application decisions will be made by March 15, 2018 and all applicants will be contacted.
