Parades
PARADE BUCKSTOP (Pre- and On-Tour)
Responsibilities:
Work with sponsors of host communities to plan parade route and details (see checklist below).
Organize Chautauquans
Who's in (jugglers, clowns, stilts, unicycles, bubbles, costumes...)
Coordinate with parade and band leaders and bus driver
Create fliers to hand out on parade
Before the parade personally check out the parade route/map, etc.

Is there a place for a Teaser Show(s)?
Sidewalk/street
Is a Permit required?
If so, will sponsor get it?
Is a Police escort required?
If so, will sponsor set it up?
