Any vector based design software will work to create the design/DXF file. Learning VCarve Pro will help you use other machines in the future. The engineering print below has the information necessary for any software.
Equipment Needed:
CNC Router - Laser Engraver - Soldering
The CNC Router table and Laser Engraver are similar to the Plasma Table. Lessons learned here will transfer to other machines and design software. For specifics on G-code and machine controllers talk with Northwood Fab Lab employees.
