1) Practice schedule
June 16 through end of season - North Creek and Hurley Park:
Weekday morning practice is held at North Creek
Age 11+ is 8:30-10:00
Age 10 and under is 10:00-11:00
Weekday afternoon practice is held at Hurley Park pool
Age 10 and under is 6:15-7:15
Age 11+ is 7:15-8:15
Swimmers are encouraged to come to both practice sessions if they are physically able to.
Preteam group assignments have been made. If you don’t know your group or time, please contact us ASAP via return email to this address.
Tonight’s B meet at Whetstone means there is no preteam tonight.
2) Picture Day – Thurs 6/18, 6:15 pm at Hurley Park!
Splendid Portraits will be taking a team photo and individual photos at tomorrow’s afternoon practice, Thurs 6/18 at 6:15 pm at Hurley Park pool. Order forms will be available tomorrow. Cash, check, visa or mastercard are accepted for payment. All swimmers should arrive by 6:15 pm for the team picture including preteamers! There is no requirement to purchase a picture. We’ll put a big team photo in the NC clubhouse. Come show your team spirit! Two parents are needed to assist. Let Liz know if you can help.
3) DONUT FRIDAYS: mmmm … donuts …. It’s a North Creek tradition to sell donuts and juice after our Friday morning practices (at10:00 for ages 11 and up and at 11:00 for ages 10 and under). Swimmers should bring $1 or $2 on Fridays. A parent volunteer is needed starting this Friday to shop for donuts and juice and sell it under the pavilion. Please let Liz or Dave know if you can help.
4) SATURDAY ‘A’ MEET IS AT NORTH CREEK
Volunteers are still needed for concessions. This is an excellent opportunity to get your concessions shift taken care of. The forecast calls for a high of just 81 degrees, so it should be relatively pleasant.
