Our July newsletter was sent by email and can also be found here Newsletters. Please read for some information on fabulous coaches, the strategies behind A meets, and other interesting items. Special thanks to Dave for his efforts in putting this together!

PARADE TOMORROW MORNING!

We’ll meet at 9 am near the Apple Ridge ballfield (not at the pool!). Wear your tie-dye shirts if you have them, or Red, White and Blue. Eight people are needed to work the games after the parade. SSL hours are available for teens. Float preparation will continue at Thursday's practice.

** NO TEAM OR PRETEAM PRACTICE TOMORROW ON JULY 4TH **

ATTENTION PRETEAMERS!

The mini-meets at Flower Hill, Quail Valley, and our own popsicle meet are designed so that swimmers of all abilities can experience a meet, from absolute beginner to level 3 and developmental. Teen swimmers are in the water to help the kids across the pool when needed, and events for the youngest swimmers are less than 25 meters. Please consider swimming in Sunday’s meet at Flower Hill. See the list of events here to sign up: http://www.thevolunteerspace.com/vol.cfm?ID=1QF

Not sure what events to sign up for? Ask Coach Abby or any of the preteam coaches.

A meet Saturday July 5th at DAMASCUS

See your email for names of swimmers needed for Saturday’s meet.

We will be meeting at North Creek @ 7:30 am to caravan to Damascus. Warm-ups are at 8:20 am.

The THEME is: RED, WHITE AND BLUE!

If you are UNABLE to swim on Saturday morning, contact A Rep Allison Boyle by the end of Thursday night’s practice. This meet is a crucial one and we can’t have any empty lanes!
