Researcher, computer scientist, Workpackage Leader for Technicolor company since 2011, I’m specialized in Virtual Reality and Robotics. I currently work on Augmented Reality, Immersion, and Presence, aiming to create new Technicolor applications and services. After 6 years of R&D on a Virtual Reality Training platform (Collab with a french military company, Nexter), which became a product in a dedicated Spin Off (Nexter-training), I have been leading for 3 years a R&D group for the realization of strategical applied projects in the field of (tele)Robotics, as a R&D Team Leader at the IIT Foundation in Italy. All of my developments, on those 10 years of Research activity, target real applications with a strong added value. My scientific interest is focused on human-machine interactions, and on multi-entities and informed environment approaches. My applied context has allowed me to supervise projects with a huge transversality, concerning technics, theories and human factors. I built up an international network of interest about Virtual Reality and Robots, which uses one of the project that I’m conducting with my team. I am a founding member of the European Association of Virtual Reality (EuroVR). I have also been a teacher at the university, and the responsible of a whole course and its associated teachers for the St Cyr Coetquidan high schools. I am finally the author of more than 25 publications (patents, book, book chapters, journals and conferences).
