How the Selection Process Is Determined

NextWorldNow reviews applications and rates the proposal based on these factors: 

• 1. Feasibility – how realistic is the plan to meet its goals and gain success? 

  2. Impact – how many people within a community benefit? 

  3. Sustainability – are there other resources to keep the project going after an initial grant?

  4. Relevance – how important is the problem to the community?   

  5. Creativity – how unique is the solution? 

  6. Outcomes – how will success be measured?  

  7. Strength – what is the level of commitment by the leaders to make this project work?

  8. Engagement – how involved is the greater community in determining and managing the project?

  9. Financial - how solid is the budget and business plan?
