To bring this concept to life, the game plan for activating the program in 2015:

1. Website up and running by 1/1/2015

2. Outreach / contacts made to like and more advanced organizations for reciprocity agreements... see what happens... by 1/15/15, continue through 6/1/15

3. Continue to research and learn from the best and the brightest organizations involved in this activity

4. Process and apply for 501c3 by 5/1/15

5. Solicit Board - 3 for first year, 5 for forward

6. Confirm funding for 10 year run

7. Complete first year grant process with outlined timeframe / optimally field at least 5 applications

8. Continue to refine process

9. Work towards a return on investment of x2

10. Add Facebook and other media links
