Standard Model
The course, providing an overview on the Standard Model of Particle Physics, will cover the following topics
Symmetries and scalar fields
Dirac fields and spinors
Gauge symmetry
Vector fields
Discrete symmetries
Symmetry breaking
Higgs mechanism
Electroweak theory
The delivery mode will consist of pre-recorded lectures, and one-hour weekly interactive sessions, delivered via Teams.
