The Spring Concert took place on 21 March. The orchestra is now holding post-concert repertiore rehearsals, see details below. Rehearsals for the summer family concert start May 13.
Rehearsals normally take place at St Bartholomew School, Buckingham Rd, Newbury, RG14 6JP, normally in Curnock wing or Foyer
Please bring a music stand. Please arrive at 7:15pm to prepare to 7:30pm start. Rehearsal lasts till approx 9:30pm with a short tea break (bring own cup) and we need to clear up and leave by 9:45pm.

The orchestra normally rehearses in St Bartholomew School, Newbury, which is just off the A343 (Andover Rd.).

There is parking in the school grounds which are entered from Buckingham Road.
By Rail: Get off the train at the main Newbury Railway Station (note be careful not to get off at the "Newbury Racecourse" railway station).
The rehearsal venues are within 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. The station main entrance and the ticket office is on its north side, but it is more convenient to use the entrance on the south side.
Please check the rehearsal schedule to find out which venue we are rehearsing at each week, this can change at short notice.
Risk Management At Rehearsals
We will take risk management measures but cannot eliminate risks due to COVID or other infectious diseases (or indeed other risks whether to health, artistic standards, musical taste or morality ). Please observe government health guidlines and take care not to trip over or damage instruments when walking through orchestra.
