Friends of Newbury Symphony Orchestra play a vital role in supporting the orchestra, helping us continue to present ambitious, high-quality concerts, often with distinguished soloists. Their support also helps to make our concerts accessible, especially to young audiences.
Membership Benefits
NSO has recently relaunched the Friends’ scheme with an improved range of benefits. For a minimum subscription of £40 per year (not eligible for Gift Aid), Friends now receive:
One free ticket to each of NSO’s three concerts per year
One free programme at each concert, subject to availability
The right to vote at the Annual General Meeting (usually held in October)
The right to attend rehearsals (as detailed on the NSO website)
Regular newsletters containing details of forthcoming concerts and other NSO news
Your name in NSO concert programmes and on the NSO website
