Nemesis Works offers Pilates matwork classes for individuals and small groups.

Please note that all in-person tuition is subject to any current local Covid-19 restrictions which may be in place at time of booking. Also, that classes may be cancelled or rescheduled or moved online should new restrictions be imposed at short notice.

Individual online tuition:

If you would like to arrange online tuition both for individuals and for small private groups then please contact me to discuss your preferences.

Classes can be scheduled to suit your requirements and are held via Zoom.

Please note that for online options it is up to the client to ensure that they have a safe space to move and that Nemesis Works can take no responsibility or liability for any injuries due to that environment.

Online One-to-One Tuition Class Costs:

60 minute class £40

90 minute class £60

Individual in-person tuition:

Private Pilates tuition is available throughout Central Scotland. Classes can be held either at our premises in Armadale, West Lothian or at your own preferred location.

Please note that for remedial Pilates clients one to one is recommended to allow for the class to be tailored to suit the client's requirements.

One to one class £40/hour

Other Central Scotland locations:

One to one class £40/hour plus travel costs

Groups and Corporate

Tuition is also available to businesses, schools, colleges and community groups for Health at Work programmes, in-service days and team-building at times and locations to suit our clients.
