Please e-mail your reservation in response to the invitation, or if you are a non-member e-mail your reservation by the first of the month, to neighborsandnewcomers@gmail.com. (If this link does not open your particular e-mail client automatically, you should go through your own e-mail account and send the reservation just like you would send an e-mail to someone new).
TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
You can make reservations stating after the first of the month. The club meets in September through May, but does not have a meeting in November. The club meets on the 4th Thursday of each month, except in December when the meeting is on the 1st Thursday of the month.
Reservations are taken until the deadline which is stated in the e-mail request for reservations. There will possibly be a change each month on when the reservation is due, so please read the deadlines in the e-mail sent to you for the meeting sign-up.
If you receive an e-mail to invite you to the meeting you merely need to respond YES in the e-mail response and return to only the sender.
If you will be bringing a guest, you should also indicate their name and number in your e-mail.
If you require a Heart Smart Meal, this request should also be in the return e-mail.
You will receive a confirmation that your e-mail has been received and your reservation made.
TO CANCEL A RESERVATION:
If you find that you will be unable to attend the meeting you should notify Robbie by the deadline.. If you do not cancel by the deadline, you are required to pay for your lunch. If you invite a guest and they are unable to attend the meeting you are responsible for their cancellation by the deadline.
