Meeting Dates and Venues

Visitors and Guests are always welcome!

Annual Dues - $13.00 Lunch - $15.00. Checks are the preferred method of payment.

Doors open 10:45 am for socializing. Meeting begins 11:30 am Lunch at 12:00 pm

Meetings are held at various locations

Each month we give away door prizes donated by local business.

Our club's aim is to have informative and fun programs.

September 26, 2019

Meeting Place: Cumberland Medical Center, 421 S. Main Street, Crossville, TN

Caterer: Crossville Medical Center

Menu: Meat and Veggie Lasagna (specify), garden salad w/dressings. Dessert-brownie, Coffee-regular and decaf, tea-sweet and unsweet and water.

This is a part of their Community Outreach Program. Must cap at 95 persons due to capacity of room.

Go to new main entrance on Cleveland Street by the Breast Center. Go to elevators and get off on the second floor. Meeting rooms will be to the left as you get off the elevator.

Program: Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Mammography 2D vs 3D

Bring: Supplies for Nurses and Counselors: Small underwear, socks, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, sanitary pads, hand sanitizer, Kleenex. We will also collect monetary donations to buy gift cards for counselors’ student use.

Caterer: Legends

Menu: Grilled Chicken Salad with mixed greens, cranberries, walnuts, shaved parmesan, tomatoes, cucumbers & red onions. Dessert-strawberry shortcake. Coffee-regular & decaf, tea-sweet & unsweet, water.

Program: Kids On The Rise and dressing for Halloween

Bring: Money for Turkeys. Shirley will have names for needy families

Program: Playhouse Players and dressing in the Ugly Sweater

Bring: Money and/or Gifts for our Christmas needy families AND to purchase Christmas Cookies

Menu: Roast Beef w/savory mushroom gravy, Grilled Chicken, homemade butter mashed potatoes, Herb Roasted Mixed Veggies, Garden Salad with Ranch or Vinaigrette dressing, Vanilla/Chocolate Cupcakes, Sweet & Unsweet Tea, Coffee, Water

Program: Dwight Wages of Southern Stars Symphonic Symphony

Bring: Baby items for Plateau Pregnancy-diapers sizes 2-6, baby wipes, baby shampoo and toiletry items, baby (12mo-2T) and preemie clothing, formula, nursing pads, infant Tylenol, diaper rash cream etc.

Menu: Sliced ham, (heart smart grilled chicken), baked mac & cheese, steamed veggies, potato salad, tossed salad w/ranch or Italian dressing, rolls, banana pudding, sweet and unsweet tea.

Program: Bee Keepers

Bring: Phoenix School donations- diapers, wipes, baby items, notebooks. We will be collecting money for gift cards

Bring: Donations for Cumberland County Animal Shelter-canned cat and dog food, paper towels, bleach, detergent, cotton balls, peroxide, alcohol, brooms & dust pans, 15” metal food dishes, rubber gloves, Pine Sol, large garbage cans, large garbage bags, kitty litter, scoops, scrub brushes, water buckets. Lint rollers, animal carriers any size and cash donations.
