Opening Day Transport Arrangements

Please be advised that term 3 opening is on 10th September 2018 and as usual PTA Lusaka Chapter EXCO will arrange transport for the pupils.

The transport fees:

Transport fees are K460 return or K230 one one-way: this term being exam period and some parents will opt to pick up the girls after exams.

Luggage:

Luggage will be loaded on Sunday 9^th September from 16.00hrs to 18.00hrs from NASDEC.

At most we will load a trunk and a suitcase per pupil. Depending on space “UKWA Bags” maybe loaded too.

Boarding passes

All the girls that will use the buses will be given boarding passes. Parents will collect the passes on Sunday the 9^th when dropping off the luggage

Buses Departure:

Buses will depart from NASDEC on Monday the 10^th September at 06.00hrs.

Boarding will start at 05.30hrs prompt and will follow boarding passes and not random.

All payments should be done through the Lusaka Chapter account number 1921935400111 held at Zanaco Twinpalms branch. Ensure that you quote the name of your child and grade on deposit slip. If using Zanaco express, ensure they capture child’s name.

The deadline for payments is COB Friday 31^st August 2018.
