Bus List for Parents Trip on 24 Feb 2018

Dear Parents,

As you maybe aware this coming Saturday 24th February 2018 is sports day. The School has stated in its Newsletter that it is an in house activity where parents are not part of the programme but those that can manage are free to go and watch.

We as outgoing Exco have been hesitant to arrange a bus for this trip as we are not sure that the numbers would be economical to hire a big.

However, due to numerous requests from parents Exco has dicided to give it a try and arrange for a bus to ferry parents who would like to visit the school this comming Saturday.

The return trip is still *K290* and funds can be deposit in the Lusaka Chapter PTA account number 1921935400111 held at Zanaco Bank Plc Twinpalm Branch.The deadline is *Thursday 22 nd February 2018.*

If the response does not fill up a 50 seater bus then we maybe have no option but to refunds those who have paid.
