The Ndotech PTA Lusaka Chapter has no fixed office address as it operates on a purely voluntary basis. Executive committee meetings are held at least twice in every quarter at various venues and locations as determined by the secretary.

Parents general meetings are organised at least once in every school holiday. Traditionally, these meetings have been held at Lusaka Secondary School in the school hall.

Contact with the association is through any of it's executive committee members, particularly the chairperson, secretary and treasurer. Their contact numbers are as indicated below.
