Dodecahedron

This structure contains 20 vertices and 30 edges. To tile the dodecahedron, we were able to use two different tile types, as shown in the figures below.

The blue lines represent DNA arms with bond edge type a with the orange lines being the complement â. The dihedral angles between each pentagonal face is 116⁰ 34'. The angle between each tile arm is 108^o, as shown in the diagram above (not to scale).
