NAPRN presents Teaching Self-Regulation to Young Children.
Thursday, March 30, 7pm, NAHS Auditorium
Jeanine Fitzgerald specializes in research-based strategies in educational leadership. Self-regulation is a complex set of skills that exert influence over internal sensations and states. These skills are necessary for consistent performance, behavior and school readiness. This session examines self-regulatory functions through a developmental lens and offers proven strategies to develop and strengthen them.
Free child care is available upon request (e-mail dmadden@nayouth.com to register).
Additionally, if you missed Sarah Ward's presentation last month on Executive Functioning, NCAM is airing it for a limited time. Check the listings or northandovercam.org for specific times.
