Portfolio Artifacts

Create an ePortfolio - ePortfolio template and directions

Each teacher candidate will complete the following artifacts to be turned in to the instructor on the dates indicated:

• Management Plan including: First Day Script, Procedures, Discipline Plan, Environment Plan, First Week Plan
• Teaching journal of reflections
• Unit Plans and Lesson Plans with supporting documents as described in Teacher Work Sample: Part A, Part B and Part C
• Book Review Papers
• Mentor Log

Directions for each assignment will be presented by the instructor in class. Self-evaluation rubrics for each course-related assignment are provided with the directions. Each element on the rubric must be scored by the instructor in order to receive credit for the corresponding course.

Directions for additional in-class activities, both individual and small-group, will be provided by the instructor.
