Students who have not opted out of uniform must wear the school uniform every day.
Uniform guidelines are as followed:
-Shirts must be white, navy blue or light blue (P.S. 153 shirts are acceptable)
-Shirts cannot have writing or graphics (such as stars, hearts, or pictures of character) on either side of the shirt (including a brand name across the shirt)
-the symbol of the brand is acceptable (for example: a small bird or moose stitched in)
-Sweaters should be plain white, blue, or black
-no writing or graphics on sweaters
****Huddie Sweatshrits & Sweatshirt Jackets are NOT allowed to be worn in school at any time, they can be worn to and from school, but once inside they must come off***
-Pants must be black or navy
-Jeans are acceptable as long as they are not ripped, tight or too low
-On Physical Education days, the uniform policy is still in place
-students must wear plain shirts and plain sweatpants (sweatpants should be either
black or navy) and sneakers on Phys. Ed. days (the Phys. Ed. teachers will go into
more detail during their class)
-Shoes should be closed toe: no flip flops
-Tank tops are not acceptable
- All shorts and skirts must be to the knee
- Students are not permitted to wear any type of scarfs throughout the day. All scarfs must be taken off when they come in to school and placed in their backpacks.
