Another Way to Compare
Analogies are a way to compare two things.
You can compare in many ways:
Part to Whole - (a stem is part of a plant)
Whole to Part - (a family has a child)
The object's purpose - (a knife is for cutting)
What the person does - (authors write / painters paint)
Cause/Effect - (germs cause illness / fires cause ashes)
