Badge Lesson Plan

In order to receive a badge, its imperative to have this form completed (or the badging lesson plan template) inviting Dr. Ivey to your class. Dr. Ivey will use the PAGER Model to determine what level your teaching strategy focuses on: teacher-centered or student-centered.
