My response? "No. As soon as we noticed your absence, we decided that the learning process was no longer a viable option for our class, and that we'd rather sit around in a circle, consoling ourselves and one another with sweet memories of you, our departed classmate."

Summary: Today we talked about different map projections and how each of them distort the true shape and form of the earth in some way. Due to these distortions, different map projections are used by different people depending on what distortions are allowable and which ones are fatal to particular tasks. We also peeled oranges and it smelled heavenly!
