Psychology II

Course Description

This course is designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of human behavior and mental processes. In this course, we will explore the stages of human mental and psychological development, motivation and emotional behavior, personality, and intelligence. We will also study modern psychological therapies, psychological disorders, and the study of behavior of larger groups within society; social psychology. Students will be expected to bring a positive attitude in the classroom every day, complete reading assignments, and are encouraged take part in open class discussions. Grades will be assessed through daily homework, group work, quizzes, research papers, and chapter tests.
